On the first of our two day program, we will start the discussion on the raw materials used in animal feed seperated into two categories: corn&soybeans; the main energy and protein sources of feed produced in Brazil and sorghum&wheat; alternatives that have been expanding their participation and consolidating their relevance in several producing regions.

With a close eye on the future, the forum will focus its discussions on projections for the genetic development of these raw materials over the next ten years. We will analyze emerging technologies, resilience in the field, new market horizons and their main impacts on the nutritional composition of grains — factors that will guide strategic decisions in the production chain in the next decade.

Factors such as genetics, growing environment, management, harvesting and storage conditions can significantly influence grain composition by altering parameters such as metabolizable energy, protein content, and amino acid profile.

Next, experts will discuss how this variability directly affects formulation accuracy and production results, demonstrating how detailed characterization of ingredients allows optimizing animal performance, improving feed efficiency, and reducing production costs.

In the reserved space, ACEBRA will conduct a program focused on solutions for storage, conservation, classification and standardization. During this program we have space to address the contribution of equipment technology, automation and specialized services to the quality of grains, the efficiency of operations and the evolution of the sector's infrastructure.

APROBIO will contribute to the debates with discussions related to the stages of grain transformation, from receiving, preparation and processing to obtaining and valuing products and co-products. The program will highlight the equipment, technologies and solutions that contribute to the efficiency, quality and sustainability of industrial processes, showing how this transformation simultaneously generates food and energy. Among the results, oils, bran, DDG and other co-products stand out, which expand the use of raw materials, add value to the chain and strengthen the integration between the food, animal nutrition and bioenergy industries.

Our goal is to discuss an opportunity in building content that connects practical challenges of companies to the solutions available in the market. This approach can favor dialogue between producers, cerealists, industries, technology suppliers and other participants in the chain, maintaining the technical and applied character of the programming. Our goal is to bring together, under the same narrative, the stages that go from the storage and preparation of grains to their processing and the valorization of the resulting products and co-products.

During the second day we will focus on the practical aspects of feed manufacturing, focusing on the care required for the use of low-inclusion ingredients and additives.

Experts will discuss the factors that influence the uniformity of the mixture and the correct distribution of micro-ingredients throughout the production process, fundamental aspects to ensure the nutritional quality, safety and consistency of the final product.

Another topic of great relevance will be the use of heat-sensitive ingredients and additives. Strategies and technologies that contribute to their protection during thermal processes will be presented, including different treatment and coating techniques, capable of preserving their functionality and effectiveness until the moment of use by the animals
