Please note: Visitors attending conferences scheduled before 13:00 will be granted early access to the conference rooms. However, access to the exhibition floor will remain restricted until 13:00.

Dismantling Procedures and Responsibilities 

On 18 September 2025, starting at 20:00, only the manual removal of decorative materials, products, equipment, and other exhibitor belongings will be permitted. 

Exhibitors are required to ensure that a responsible staff member remains at their stand throughout the dismantling period until all equipment and/or products have been fully removed. Please note that the event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during this time. The Promoter disclaims all responsibility for any incidents involving damage, malfunction, loss, or theft. 

Exhibitors using oil and/or paint during the event must implement appropriate cleaning and protective measures to avoid staining the pavilion floor prior to dismantling. Failure to comply may result in fines, assessed based on the extent of the damage. It is essential that the responsible technician is properly instructed in advance. 

Exhibitors will be held accountable for any damage caused during the assembly, event, and dismantling phases. Any repair or replacement costs will be invoiced by the Promoter after the dismantling period. 

Important: The Organization does not store any materials after dismantling is complete. Please ensure your freight forwarding agent is informed of the collection schedule and specify the required duration for forklift or crane usage. 

Any goods remaining in the exhibition hall after 18:00 on Saturday, 20 September 2025, will be removed and stored at the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
