GENERAL INFORMATION 

  • All badges must be picked up at the CAEX counter, located at the entrance of the pavilion, starting September 13 at 08:00 AM. 

  • Badges will not be sent by post. 

  • Badges must be worn visibly at all times by exhibitors, assemblers, contractors, and any on-site staff. 
     

Important to know: 

  • Entry to the venue is only permitted upon presentation of the official badge. 

  • Anyone without a valid badge will be immediately escorted out of the venue 

  • Do not place stickers or labels over the stripe indicating badge type – this may result in the badge being seized and invalidated. 

  • No duplicates will be issued for confiscated badges. 

  • Lost of forgotten badges (e.g. left in the hotel or car) can be reissued for a fee of R$50. 

Badges are valid thoughout the event and during the designated assembly and disassembly times. They can only be requested until the day before the event opens. 
 

EXHIBITOR BADGES 

Each exhibitor is entitled to one free badge per 3m2 of stand space. These must be requested via the Exhibitor Badge Request Form, available in the Exhibitor Webshop in order to receive their personal badge.  

Please distribute badges carefully! These badges grant access outside public opening hours and are part or our security policy. 

If your team requires additional badges beyond the free allocation, you may request them via the webshop form. Additional badges will incur a fee. 


BOOTH CONSTRUCTOR BADGES 

All assemblers, decorators, and technical service providers must wear a MAINTENANCE badge during the entire assembly and disassembly period. These badges can only be collected at CAEX. 

Each assembler is entitled to 2 MAINTENANCE badges per stand. These must be requested via the request form, available in the Exhibitor Webshop in order to receive their badge. 

Need more? Please submit a formal request on official company letterhead, signed by the supervisor, and listing the names and CPF numbers of the employees. The request will be reviewed by the event organizer for approval. 

💡Tip: Planning ahead and requesting all badges in time will help you avoid delays and ensure a smooth build-up en show experience.
