Exhibitors can purchase the required extinguishers through the official webshop. A fire extinguisher is included in both our Basic Shell Scheme Package and Upgraded Personalized Construction Package.

  1. Hydrants and Fire Equipment: All existing hydrants, fire alarm push buttons, and lighted emergency signage must remain visible and must not be blocked or enclosed by any part of the stand construction.

  1. Emergency Exist: Gates and doors providing access to external areas) must remain completely unobstructed at all times.

  1. Escape Routes: Official escape routes must remain completely clear and unobstructed at all times during assembly, the event itself, and dismantling. During the build-up and breakdown phases, materials may be temporarily placed on secondary aisles (not designated as official escape routes), provided a minimum clearance of 1.20 meters is maintained along the entire length of the aisle.

  1. Evacuation Procedure: In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, the Site Abandonment Plan will be activated to ensure the fast, safe, and orderly evacuation of all occupants. When the alarm sounds or an evacuation message is broadcast over the public address system, exhibitors and stand builders are responsible for calmly guiding their teams, customers, and visitors to the nearest emergency exit.
