How to exhibit at the world’s largest feed & grain event.

 

  1. Send the option form with your stand preferences and company profile to expo@victam.com.

 

  1. We will send you a stand proposal based on your option form

 

  1. After you approve and confirm the stand proposal, you will need to send in the application form with all your details

 

  1. You can book space exhibit with your own booth or you can order a shell scheme package from the organizer

 

  1. After we receive your application form, we will send you a stand confirmation letter with the first invoice of 50%

 

  1. Three months before the event you receive second invoice for 50%

  • You only rent stand space from the organizer and design your own stand
  • Minimum area required is 15 m2
  • Volume discount for stands over 101 m2

SHELL SCHEME PACKAGE

  • Your stand construction will be ready when you arrive
  • Minimum area required is 15 m2
  • Furniture package included: chairs, tables, desks (based on m2)

Upgrade your standard shell scheme package to a more luxurious and personalized version:
  • Fascia panel with eye-catcher

SPECIAL POSITIONS AND VISIBILITY

Stand locations with more sides open to give visitors more access to your stand:
  • Corner stand (2 sides open); Head stand (3 sides open) and Island stand with aisles all around your stand
  • Multi storey stand construction is permitted, however written permission is required.
